We will ship your order as-fast-as possible. On certain items (ammo, reloading, tactical, etc) there may be restrictions we must clear first. We will contact you for that information as without it we cannot ship your item(s). A tracking number will be provided for your peace-of-mind.
All sales are final and there is no refund or exchange. Since we deal in goods that expire or maybe deemed hazardous, we can not offer any refund or exchange. If we make an error, we WILL make it right. That’s a guarantee.Â

Enter your account and details will be provided about your order, feel free to email us if you have any questions. You will also be provided a tracking number. Go to the carriers page and enter the tracking number.
Customer support is available through email. We do not at this time have a staffed phone center.
Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will need to contact the carrier with your tracking number to re-route your order. NOTE: Due to the nature of our products, carriers may NOT change delivery. Please make all changes prior to placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: due to the nature of our products, not all items are available for shipping to your location. Ammo cannot be shipped outside the continental USA (lower 48). There are some restrictions on certain States and Cities. Please know your City, County, State and Federal rules for your area. We only service US based customers and those customers whom can legally receive the product they purchase under their specific State or Local law or via DOT regulations.
We will make every effort to ship your purchased products in one package. If more than one package is required, you will receive a tracking code for each package.
If you purchase an item that you cannot legally receive or a product you cancel prior to shipping, there may be a restocking fee.Â
